Disaster Resilience & Energy Efficiency Ratings Program

Helping every Australian make their home safer

The Resilience Ratings make it easier to protect our homes from extreme weather, disasters and climate impacts, by providing a single home assessment and integrated recommendations for bushfire, storm, flood, heatwave, thermal comfort and energy efficiency.

The Ratings assess site-specific risk and measure the individual vulnerability of each home. They provide households with a list of evidence-based, tailored actions to adapt their home, improve their resilience and enable financial incentives such as insurance premium reductions and mortgage finance discounts.

Prior to launching the Resilience Ratings, we are seeking insights from households so that we can better support your journey to improve the resilience of your home.

We really appreciate you taking 5 minutes to complete the survey below.

All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and RBC’s Privacy Policy. Any personal information you provide will be used for the purposes of participating in the Resilience Ratings Household Insights Survey and you will not receive unsolicited communications from our team. Contact us with any questions at info@rbcouncil.org

The reason that we require your accurate street address for this survey is that we need to use your street address to assess the risk at your location, and validate your responses. Your information is not shared with any third party and is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
